1. Client has the right to cancel service agreement prior to USTS processing the initial payment on the date shown in section 4 of his agreement by notifying USTS in writing, as attested by date stamped fax or date stamped e-mail to clientservices@ustaxshield.com
  2. Refund amount will be based on any preliminary work, evaluation, and the substantial and valuable advice the client received during the interview process.
  3. USTS’s total liability to client is limited to the fee paid by the client as evidence in Section 4 of service agreement.
  4. The client will not receive a refund should the client fail to perform under service agreement or in breach of any portion of service agreement.
