Cancellation And Refund Policy
- Client has the right to cancel service agreement prior to USTS processing the initial payment on the date shown in section 4 of his agreement by notifying USTS in writing, as attested by date stamped fax or date stamped e-mail to accounting@ustaxshield.com
- Refund amount will be based on any preliminary work, evaluation, and the substantial and valuable advice the client received during the interview process.
- USTS’s total liability to client is limited to the fee paid by the client as evidence in Section 4 of service agreement.
- The client will not receive a refund should the client fail to perform under service agreement or in breech of any portion of service agreement.
